Public Notice – 2321 Rough Waters Drive

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted the following by-laws concerning the property located at 2321 Rough Waters Drive, identified by PID numbers 20571790, 20571808, 20194809 and 20036612.

By-law No. 2026-04M amends By-law No. 2006-01, entitled “The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-law.”

By-law No. 2026-04Z amends By-law No. 2008-01, entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-law.”

Both by-laws were filed at the Registry Office of the County of Gloucester on September 15, 2026, under registration numbers 47621587 and 47621637, respectively.
