PAC Meetings

The Planning Advisory Committee (P.A.C.) convenes monthly to assist the Council in applying the Community Planning Act and various Municipal regulations concerning planning matters. Through its deliberations, decisions, and exchanges, the Committee endeavors to foster development that serves the broader interests of the Bathurst community.

Outlined below are the past and upcoming PAC meetings, each accompanied by a notice, agenda, and minutes. Notices are typically circulated days or weeks ahead of time, with agendas typically finalized on the Thursday preceding the meeting. Subsequently, approved minutes from the meetings are posted on our website approximately a month later.
