The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted the following by-laws:

By-law No. 2025-04M – To amend the City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-law (2006-01)
By-law No. 2025-04Z – To amend the City of Bathurst Zoning By-law (2008-01)

These amendments apply to the property located at 555 Evangeline Drive (PID 20784823) and were registered at the Provincial Land Registry Office under No. 46399144 on August 26, 2025.

By-law No. 2025-03Z – To amend the City of Bathurst Zoning By-law (2008-01)

This amendment applies to the property located at 1935 St. Peter Avenue (PID 25568792) and was registered at the Provincial Land Registry Office under No. 46399086 on August 26, 2025.
