At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council held on Monday, July 7, 2025, Council proceeded with the first reading of motions to approve the following proposed by-laws:

These proposed by-laws aim to clarify that the amendments adopted by Council in 2019 applied only to a portion of the property, not the entire property.
