Public Notice – 2321 Rough Waters Drive

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council held on June 15, 2026, Council adopted first reading of proposed By-Law No. 2026-04M, a by-law to amend By-Law No. 2006-01 entitled "The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law", and proposed By-Law No. 2026-04Z, a by-law to amend By-Law No. 2008-01 entitled "The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law".

Subject: 2321 Rough Waters Drive

The purpose of these proposed amendments is to allow the establishment and operation of a wood pallet production and distribution business at 2321 Rough Waters Drive.

For the purposes of the Municipal Plan, the land use designation would be changed from Rural to Industrial. For the purposes of the Zoning By-Law, the zoning would be changed from Rural (RU) to Light Industrial (LI).
