PUBLIC NOTICE - Re. by-laws no. 2022-02M - 2022-02Z

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-Law No. 2022-02M entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2006-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law" in regards to properties located at 2305 & 2315 St. Peter Avenue having the PID numbers 20898763 & 20911228.
The By-Law 2022-02M received the Minister's approval, on May 5, 2022, as per the Community Planning Act.
The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-Law No. 2022-02Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law" in regards to properties located at 2305 & 2315 St. Peter Avenue having the PID numbers 20898763 & 20911228.
The By-Laws were filed at the provincial Land Registry Office as Nos. 42665068 and 42665159, on May 25, 2022.
