Increase of vandalism in our parks

Our parks belong to all of us.

We've seen a serious increase in vandalism and theft lately — graffiti, broken equipment, and equipment taken outright. Every repair and replacement pulls our crews away from the work they'd rather be doing: everyday upkeep, playground fixes, and the improvements that make our green spaces better for everyone.

If you witness vandalism, theft, or suspicious activity in one of our parks, please contact the Bathurst Police Force — the non-emergency line is (506) 548-0420.

If you come across damage or missing equipment in a park, let us know at City Hall: (506) 548-0400.
