Public Notice — 145 Dumaresq Street

Notice is hereby given that Bathurst City Council intends to consider amendments to By-Law No. 2006-01 entitled "The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law” as follow:

145 Dumaresq Street

Change the land use designation of lot bearing civic number 145 Dumaresq Street and bearing PID 20002259 and 20404646. For the purpose of the municipal plan, the land use designation is changed from “Residential” and “Recreational” to “Integrated Development”.

The purpose of this rezoning is to allow the development of a residential complex involving the addition of two new apartment buildings to the two existing one.

City Council will meet in Council Chambers at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, to make a public presentation of the proposed amendments

Written objections to the said amendments shall be received by the City Clerk’s office, in writing, no later than 4 pm, Tuesday, September 8, 2026. The City Clerk’s office is located in City Hall, 150 St-George Street, Bathurst, NB E2A 1B5.
