Bathurst City Council has enacted the following by-laws concerning the property located at 1005 St. Anne Street, identified by PID 20759379:

By-Law No. 2026-01M, a by-law to amend By-Law No. 2006-01, entitled The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law
By-Law No. 2026-01Z, a by-law to amend By-Law No. 2008-01, entitled The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law

The by-laws were filed at the Registry Office of the County of Gloucester on May 5, 2026, under registration numbers 47224754 and 47224770.
