Hospitality Days – Temporary Road Closures
The Bathurst Hospitality Days are underway, and several temporary road closures will be in effect over the next two days to support festival activities.
Whether you're attending the fireworks, taking part in other festivities, or simply travelling through the area, please plan your route ahead of time and allow extra travel time.
2:00 PM Veteran's Bridge (St. Peter Avenue) will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
8:00 PM Temporary closures will be in effect on sections of the following roads to accommodate tonight's fireworks:
- St. Peter Avenue (Veteran's Bridge)
- Harbourview Boulevard
- Douglas Avenue
- King Avenue
Roads are expected to reopen once cleanup is complete following the fireworks (approximately 11:00 PM).
The following temporary road closures will be in effect:
Main Street
4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- From the intersection of Main Street and Douglas Avenue to 150 Main Street
Harbourview Boulevard
4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Northbound traffic will be closed at Cunard Street, allowing traffic to continue through Cunard.
