Public Notice – 2321 Rough Waters Drive

Notice is hereby given that Bathurst City Council intends to consider amendments to By-Law No. 2006-01 entitled "The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law” as follow:

2321 Rough Waters Drive

Change the land use designation of lots bearing civic number 2321 Rough Waters Drive and bearing PIDs 20571790, 20571808, 20194809 and 20036612. For the purposes of the municipal plan, the land use designation is changed from “Rural” to “Industrial”.

The purpose of this rezoning is to allow the establishment and operation of a wood pallet production and distribution business

City Council will meet in Council Chambers at 6:30 pm on Monday, April 20, 2026, to make a public presentation of the proposed amendments

Written objections to the said amendments shall be received by the City Clerk’s office, in writing, no later than 4 pm, Wednesday, May 20, 2026. The City Clerk’s office is located in City Hall, 150 St-George Street, Bathurst, NB E2A 1B5.
