At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council held on Monday, November 3, 2025, Council proceeded with the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-Law No. 2025-08Z, entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 entitled ‘The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law.’”
The intent of By-Law No. 2025-08Z is to allow the development of a mini-home on the property located at 1058 Roy Lane (PID 20931325).
