PUBLIC NOTICE - RE: BY-LAW 2025-05 & 2025-07Z

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council held on Monday, September 15, 2025, Council proceeded with the first reading of motions to approve the following proposed by-laws:

• BY-LAW No. 2025-05 — Establishing the composition of Council and determining the local governance system of the City of Bathurst, in anticipation of the May 2026 municipal elections.

• BY-LAW No. 2025-07Z — Amending By-law No. 2008-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law” to address inconsistencies and update provisions.
