The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted the following by-laws:

By-law No. 2025-01M – To amend the City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-law (2006-01)
By-law No. 2025-01Z – To amend the City of Bathurst Zoning By-law (2008-01)

These amendments apply to the property located at Daniel Drive and Vanier Boulevard (PID 20929683), and were registered at the provincial Land Registry Office under No. 46117173 on June 2, 2025.
