BATHURST CITY COUNCIL MOTION ON BY-LAW No. 2019-05 — Dangerous or Unsightly Premises By-Law

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, June 16, 2025, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2019-05 entitled “Dangerous or Unsightly Premises By-Law”

The intent of By-Law no. 2019-05 is to establish rules and regulations to address properties that are dangerous, neglected, or unsightly, thereby ensuring public safety, promoting community aesthetics, protecting property values, and upholding environmental standards throughout the City of Bathurst, including all areas annexed to the City as part of recent restructuring
