Road reconstruction begins on Ste Anne Street

The City of Bathurst informs residents and motorists that the road reconstruction on Ste Anne Street begins on MONDAY MAY 26, 2025. This is an important project to completely renew the water and sewer infrastructure and roadway.

PHASE 1 of the project will lead to the CLOSURE OF STE ANNE STREET, from Evangeline Drive to the railway overpass. Work on Phase 1 is scheduled to be completed on Friday August 29th.

Motorists are advised to avoid this section of road and find alternate routes for circulation.

The City of Bathurst regrets any inconvenience.
