Bathurst City Council Motion on By-Law No. 2024-07Z

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, May 6, 2024, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2024-07Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 Entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law””.

The intent of By-Law no. 2024-07Z is to modify certain provisions of the zoning by-law concerning:

a) The number of parking spaces required for apartment dwellings, and
b) the height of apartment dwellings in the Central Business District (CBD) Zone
