PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER SECTION 25 OF THE COMMUNITY PLANNING ACT

Notice is hereby given that Bathurst City Council intends to consider amendments to By-Law No. 2006-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law”:

215-225 St. Patrick Street

City Council will meet in Council Chambers at 6:30 pm on Monday, August 21, 2023, to make a public presentation of the proposed amendments.

Objections to the said amendments shall be received by the City Clerk’s office, in writing, no later than 4:00 pm, Wednesday, September 20, 2023. The City Clerk’s office is located in City Hall, 150 St-George Street, Bathurst, NB E2A 1B5.
