PUBLIC NOTICE - CITY COUNCIL BY-LAW MOTION

May 30, 2022

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2021-13M entitled A By-law to Amend By-law No. 2006-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-law", in regard to a property located at 2144 Vallée Lourdes Drive and having PID number 20911939.

The By-law was approved by the Minister of Environment on March 17, 2022 and filed at the Registry Office of the County of Gloucester as No. 42489493 on April 6, 2022.
