PUBLIC NOTICE - BATHURST CITY COUNCIL BY-LAW MOTION

At the Special Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday February 7, 2022, Council will vote on the the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-Law No. 2021-13Z entitled A By-Law To Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 Entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law”. This in accordance with Paragraphs 70(1)c and 15(3)a of the Local Governance Act of the Province of New Brunswick.

The intent of the proposed By-Law is to modify the zoning for the property located at 2144 Vallée Lourdes Drive having the PID number 2011939, from “Institutional (IN)” to “Integrated Development (ID)” as shown on Schedule ‘’A101’’ of the said By-Law; and that any development and construction in this zone must comply with the terms and conditions set out in the resolution passed by Bathurst City Council, as shown on Schedule “B” of the said By-Law, pursuant to section 59 of the Community Planning Act.

Second and third reading of the motion will be during the next Regular Public Meeting, to be held on Tuesday February 22, 2022.
