Pursuant to section 112 of the Community Planning Act

RE: BY-LAW NO. 2020-03Z (50 St. Peter Avenue)

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2020-03Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend by-Law No. 2008-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law" in regards to property located at 50 St.Peter Avenue having the PID number 20701959.

The By-law was filed at the Registry Office for the County of Gloucester as No 41534315 on July 15, 2021.

The Recommendations of the Planning Advisory Committee was filed at the Registry Office for the County of Gloucester as No 41534349 on July 15, 2021.
