PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to section 112 of the Community Planning Act

RE: BY-LAW NO. 2021-03M – 2021-03Z (155 Roche Street)

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2021-03M entitled A By-law to Amend By-law No. 2006-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-law" in regards to a property located at 155 Roche Street and having PID number 20437893.

The By-law was approved by the Minister of Environment on May 12, 2021 and filed at the Registry Office for the County of Gloucester as No 41534331 on July 15, 2021.

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2021-03Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend by-Law No. 2008-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law" in regards to property located at 155 Roche Street having the PID number 20437893.

The By-law was approved by the Minister of Environment on May 12, 2021 and filed at the Registry Office for the County of Gloucester as No 41534398 on July 15, 2021.
