Ongoing investigation after bullet holes found in apartment window

On August 29th, 2020, in the afternoon, the Bathurst Police Force Patrol Section received a report of an individual finding what appeared to be bullet holes on a window and wall of their apartment within the city of Bathurst.

The Bathurst Police Force Criminal Investigation Division continued the investigation where it is believed that the incident took place several hours prior to being reported. 

On August 30th, 2020, the Bathurst Police Force executed a General Warrant at an apartment within the same multi-unit apartment complex as the complainant. On August 31st, 2020, a subsequent Search Warrant was also executed at this same apartment.

At this time, there are no indications to believe that any injuries resulted from this incident.

As the investigation is still ongoing, no further comments or details will be released at this time.
