Bathurst City Council Motion on: By-Law No. 2026-05Z and No. 2026-05M

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, September 21, 2026, Council voted on the first readings of motions to approve proposed By-laws No. 2026-05Z and 2026-05M entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 Entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law””.

The intent of By-Laws no. 2026-05Z and 2026-05M is to allow the development of a residential complex involving the addition of two new apartment buildings to the two existing ones.
