A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 Entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law”

By-Law No. 2026-01M

A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2006-01 Entitled “The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law”

Purpose

The intent of By-Laws No. 2026-01Z and 2026-01M is to allow the development of a residential complex comprising several multi-unit rowhouses.
