At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2026-02 entitled “A By-Law to Designate and Establish a Business Improvement Area Within the Boundaries of the City Of Bathurst”.

The purpose of by-law no. 2026-02 is to designate and establish a Business Improvement Area within the City of Bathurst.
