Notice is hereby given that Bathurst City Council intends to consider amendments to By-Law No. 2006-01 entitled "The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law” as follow:

1005 St. Anne Street

Change the land use designation of the lot bearing civic number 1005 St. Anne Street and bearing PID 20759379, from “Commercial” to “Integrated Development”.

The purpose of this rezoning is to allow the development of a residential complex comprising several multi-unit rowhouses.
