The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2025-08Z, entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-law No. 2008-01 entitled ‘The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law’”, regarding the property located at 1058 Roy Lane (PID 20931325).

The By-law was filed at the Registry Office of the County of Gloucester as No. 46731411 on November 28, 2025.
