Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Advisory Committee will be considering the following application at its next special meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 5:15 p.m.

• Request for a one-year temporary authorization to develop a cluster (group) of modular housing units (mobile trailers or similar buildings) to provide bridge housing for up to 40 people experiencing homelessness. This project is located in the extension of Maple, Murray and Bridge Streets, on a portion of the property of the former paper mill (PID 20827077).
