Each year, between November 1st and April 30th, overnight parking is restricted in the City of Bathurst to allow for effective snow removal operations.

By-Law no. 2011-07

"No person shall park a Vehicle on any street or portion of streets between the hours of 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 7:00 a.m. of any day from November 1st to April 30th of each year."
