New Organization Structure for Bathurst
The City of Bathurst presents today its new organizational structure. This new structure is the result of a review of our operational services and identifying key areas: Citizen Services – grouping sectors that are focused on delivery of services to the population, allowing us to align continuous improvement processes in order to better serve our clients, the taxpayers; Municipal Growth – encompassing these services to maximize our growth possibilities as a municipality. This new organizational structure allows us to better position ourselves as we establish our strategy for growth and development for the City of Bathurst and the Chaleur Region.
