At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday September 26, 2022, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-Law No. 2022-10 entitled "A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH AND DEFINE THE DUTIES AND POWERS OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER OF THE CITY OF BATHURST".

The intent of By-Law No. 2022-10 is to outline the duties and powers and compensation of the Administrative leader/manager of the City’s administration of the City of Bathurst
