PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to section 112 of the Community Planning Act

RE: BY-LAW NO. 2021-01M – 2021-01Z (2145 Vallée Lourdes Drive)

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2021-01M entitled A By-law to Amend By-law No. 2006-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-law" in regards to a property located at 2145 Vallée Lourdes Drive and having PID number 20891347.

The By-law was approved by the Minister of Environment on May 27, 2021 and filed at the Registry Office for the County of Gloucester as No 41534745 on July 15, 2021.

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2021-01Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend by-Law No. 2008-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law" in regards to property located at 2145 Vallée Lourdes Drive having the PID number 20891347.

The By-law was approved by the Minister of Environment on May 27, 2021 and filed at the Registry Office for the County of Gloucester as No 41534752 on July 15, 2021.
