Notice to all dog and cat owners located in the City of Bathurst

A lost pet’s tag is its ticket home to you. It’s the only way that we, at the Bathurst Animal Shelter, can reunite you with your dog or cat. The Bathurst Animal Shelter would like to remind the public that failing to purchase a tag within any given year is an offence subject to a fine of $100 for each dog or cat not registered. Tags are available at the Shelter, Riordon Avenue in the Industrial Park, and the Appleby Animal Clinic. So remember, buy your tag, and support a great cause, providing a great service!
