The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2024-06M entitled “A By-law to Amend By-law No. 2006-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-law"” in regard to properties located at 1945 Miramichi Avenue and having PID numbers 200359886 and 20538278.

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2024-06Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law"” in regard to properties located 1945 Miramichi Avenue having the PID numbers 200359886 and 20538278.

The By-laws were filed at the Registry Office of the County of Gloucester as No. 45226843 on August 13, 2024.
