Notice is hereby given that Bathurst City Council intends to consider amendments to By-Law 2008-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law” as follow:

Modify certain provisions of the zoning by-law concerning:

The number of parking spaces required for apartment dwellings, and
The height of apartment dwellings in the Central Business District (CBD) Zone
