Facility Manager - KCI

The City of Bathurst is now accepting applications for the above-mentioned position.

DESCRIPTION:

• Under the responsibility of the Operations Department, the Facility Manager is responsible for the management and direction of the overall physical aspects for the K.C. Irving Regional Center.

• He/she plans, organizes and directs staff in the performance of their duties and schedules all necessary work activities.

• He /she supervises and directs all the security, maintenance and events staff.

• He/she is responsible for maintenance and repair of the building and its equipment, including ice making and ice quality.

• He/she will assists in the preparation of budgets and monitor spending.
